BORDEAUX WINE TOURS

A luxury wine tour to the epicentre of fine wine.

BORDEAUX IS OUR MOST POPULAR
DESTINATION FOR A REASON.

You will visit the top estates, taste wines worth hundreds of dollars per bottle, enjoy gastronomic meals with owners and winemakers, and you’ll learn all about the intricacies of Bordeaux. We open the doors to the majestic Grands Crus chateaux of the Medoc, St. Emilion, Pomerol and Sauternes.

We have two fantastic options for touring Bordeaux. You can book a 3-day private tour on your own schedule, with an option to be hosted by Masters of Wine, Mini Constant and Colin Gent, who are both Bordeaux residents. Or you can join one of our famous group tours with a maximum of 20 other wine lovers, also hosted by a Master of Wine, that lasts 5 days on the set schedules below.

Whatever option you choose, you can rest assured we know how to take you to vinous heaven. We have been running our famous tours to Bordeaux for 15 years and they are spectacular.

I invite you to join us.

 VISIT THE HOLY GRAIL

Many consider Bordeaux to be the capital of the wine world.  Certainly it is home to many of the most famous and revered names, wines that dominate the auction scene, command the highest prices and have the greatest ageability.

We take you inside these exclusive chateaux to meet the people and taste the stunning wines.

YOUR HOSTEL IS A PALACE

You stay at Les Sources de Caudalie, a gorgeous hotel surrounded by vineyards. It is one of the few hotels in France to have “Palace” status.

We begin the tour with a Champagne reception and an overview of the Bordeaux region, preparing you for the days ahead. Our first visit is just steps from the hotel, at Smith Haut Lafitte, an incredible chateau whose wines have won 100 point scores.  A gourmet dinner with beautiful wines follows.

FIRST GROWTHS & ICON CHATEAUX

We spend a day in the Medoc, visiting the grand chateaux, often including a First Growth such as Margaux, who welcomes us, as do other stars in this aristocratic region.

IT DOESN'T GET SWEETER

On the third day we head to Sauternes and visit some of the benchmark chateaux. Lunch, paired with multiple vintages of Sauternes is a heavenly experience, and learning about the production of this, maybe the best dessert wine in the world, is fascinating.

We are welcomed by top First Growth Sauternes estates such as Chateaux Coutet, Climens, Guiraud, Lafaurie-Peyraguey, & Suduiraut.

We always visit some of the star chateaux like Chateau Pavie, and then wrap-up with one of the best meals of your life at a two-star Michelin restaurant in the medieval town of St. Emilion.
