Over five exquisite days you will visit the icon producers in three of the world’s greatest wine regions, in the lap of luxury, hosted by a Master of Wine.
We rendezvous in Paris, then spend two days exploring the famous Champagne Houses to the point that you’ve swimming in the finest fizz. You’ll learn about the incredible art of making the world’s best sparkling wine whilst enjoying lavish lunches and dinners.
You’ll spend a day in Chablis visiting the top producers, savoring the mineral-laden purity of these crisp, steely wines that can age for decades. The final two days of the tour in Burgundy are action-packed. From your luxury hotel in the heart of Beaune we will strike out to taste Grands Crus in the famed appellations of the Cote-d’Or, descending deep into the cellars of the great merchant Houses and finest Domaines.

We rendezvous in Paris in the morning. Before you know it you’re at one of the great Champagne Houses having a delicious lunch, sipping bubbles, and learning all about this classic region.

En route to Burgundy we spend the day in Chablis, visiting the top producers of this quintessential Chardonnay.
The minerally, steely and crystalline Grands Crus always taste sublime during lunch overlooking the vineyards where they are grown.
That night you will rest your head at a luxurious hotel in Beaune, the heart of Burgundy.
THE MERCHANTS OF BEAUNE
Meandering through the cobblestone streets of Beaune, you’ll descend into the cellars of the great merchant Houses.
Prepare to indulge in extensive tastings of Grands Crus and get schooled on Burgundy at the likes of Bouchard Pere, Drouhin, Jadot and more.
The final dinner is a gastronomic affair.
